“We’ve had the same water filtration system for the past 20 years in the home that we moved to here in Lutz.
Noticing for the last several months that our water was not quite as soft as it could be we put a call into superior. Our appointment was scheduled John the technician showed up and replaced the water filtration system. He suggested that we use salt crystals instead of pellets which will be helpful going forward. We chose this water filtration system because it did not have the timer . It makes constant soft water. Pricing on the system is reasonable and in accordance with other software companies but the product that superior offers is actually superior.”

They installed the water softener and reverse osmosis system on my house. The job is impeccable and the water definitely feels cleaner. The technician Eric explained how to operate the system and answered my questions. I highly recommend them.

My Kinetico unit was installed 20 years ago by previous owner. We had new unit installed. They offered a great trade in price, amazing service, workers were friendly and on time. Highly recommended. Can’t say enough good things about every single person at this company.
Office Manager Ken did an excellent job helping me with the trade-in of my 26 year old Kinetico Water Filtration system. Ken is extremely knowledgeable about water treatment systems and thoroughly explained my Kinetico new system and answered all of my many questions. Installer Wes was very professional and efficient and thoroughly tested and explained the entire system before leaving my home. Today is July 1 2023 is the technician who installed the drinking water filter as I have requested he called prior to arriving and got here on time he quickly began installing the filter he was very knowledgeable explain the whole system telling me how it worked he is very professional in his work and his manner I was pleased to have him as the technician installing the system Craig most certainly is a valuable employee for Superior Water and that should be acknowledged thank you Lucille p a v o l i c

I purchased my full-house water softener from Superior Water Conditioning in about 2000 or 2001. I use their service to check on the softener and fill it with salt when needed. Here I am, 23 years later and I am still happy that I purchased my water software from Superior Water Conditioning!

We have had Kinetico water system for almost 30 years and we are very satisfied with it. We also use the reverse osmosis system so that we don’t have to buy bottled water.
